Classes will ignite the light from deep within you by vibrantly complimenting you in each and every moment. Through guided pranayama(breath control), meditation and Asana(postures) you will use self exploration and action to set clear intentions on and off the mat. Ashley-Brooke uses a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to alignment and therapeutic principles to help support beginners learn the basics while more experienced students take postures to a deeper level.
