flat foot, tight lats, keep bar close

Front Squat (55%x2, 65%x2, 75%x2, 85%x2x2, 90%x2x2)

Strength Accessory

1. Pullups – 1 set max reps strict

2. Pullups – 4 sets at 50% reps from above

3. hanging leg raise – 5 sets of 5 (can be strict toes to bar) (tight lats and contract abs)
