Jerk (55%x2, 65%x2, 75%x2, 80%x2, 85%x1x3)

use blocks if needed

Clean Pull (85%x3x3)

Back Squats (50%x10, 60%x8, 70%x4, 80%x2x4)

Strength Accessory

1. 5 sets – 2 snatch grip RLD @ 90% of snatch + 10 weighted sit ups (done with weight you can do with control)

2. get to 30 pullups (strict)
