3 Position Clean (floor, below knee, above knee) + Jerk (6 sets progressive )

Clean DL + Shrug (~ 90% (of cln) x 3 reps x 4 sets)

Front Squat (70% x 3 reps x 5 sets)

Good Morning (3 reps x 5 sets)

Strength Accessory

3 rounds

10 Band Pull Aparts

10 Band Pull Downs

10 Band Face Pulls

* use a light band – looking to work the smaller muscles
