Power Snatch off Blocks (40% x5, 50% x4, 60% x3, 65% x3x3)

set bar just above the knee

focus on extending the knees, firing glutes, solid full foot catch and aggressive lock out

Front Squats (50% x3, 60% x3, 70% x3, 75% x3, 80% x3x3)

Clean Grip OHS (25% x3, 30% x3, 35% x3x3)

work from jerk max

however this is more about mobility than weight

use a weight you can manage if the percentages are not

Strength Accessory

1. 2 sets 5 reps per leg 3 point touches

2. 3 sets 15 reps each – reverse flyes, lateral raises, front raises
