1 cl + 2 fq = 1 rep

2 position clean pulls (75% x3, 80% x3, 85% x3x3)

1 from floor + 1 above knee = 1 rep

Push Press (35% x 12, 45% x10, 45% x8x2)

Heels stay on floor, squeeze glutes and abs
