Snatch Pull (100% (of sn) x 3 x 2, 105% x 3 x 2 )

Back Squat (70%x3, 75%x3, 80% x 3 x 3)

Push Press (70%x5, 75%x5, 8 0%x3, 85% x 3 x 2 )

drive through heels and squeeze shoulders together at top of rep

Strength Accessory

1. 2 sets of 5 per leg – 3 point touches

2. 3 rounds

15 side lying leg raises

15 step ups 8″ with 5-10# dumbbell
