3 position clean + jerk (6 sets )

working up to a heavy set with good technique

clean deadlift + shrug (3 reps 4 sets)

heavier than last week if possible

front squats (working to heavy 3 rep with good technique)

rough rep scheme = 50% x3, 60% x3, 70% x3, 80% x3, etc.

good mornings (3 reps 5 sets)

10 band pull aparts

10 band pull downs

10 band face pulls
