Warm-up (No Measure)

250m Row, then

Complete 2 rounds of:

– 10 wall facing squats (get close, chest up)

– 04 couch stretch

– butt kicks down, high kicks back

Then w/barbell, complete 2 rounds of:

– 05 front squats, rest 10 sec.

– 05 thrusters, rest 10 sec.

CFT2 (Total Weight)

– 15 mins to find a front squat 1RM.

– 10 mins to find a push press 1RM

– 15 mins to find a bench press 1RM.
