200m run, then

Complete 2 rounds of:

– 10 pvc passthroughs

– 10 pvc OHS

– 10 pvc squat snatches

– 04 groiners

Then, w/barbell complete 2 rounds of:

– 5 squat snatches, rest 10 sec.

– 5 OHS, rest 10 sec.

Snatch (1×1)

– 20 mins to find a 1RM

400m Run (Time)

Max Effort 400m Run
– 10 mins to find a 400m run best time.

– You can choose to run it more than once in the 5 mins.

500m Row (Time)

Max Effort 500m Row
– 10 mins to find your fastest 500m row.
