Warm-up (No Measure)

200m run, then

Complete 2 rounds of:

– 10 pvc pass throughs

– 10 pvc OHS

– 10 push ups

Then w/barbell, complete 2 rounds of:

– 1 squat snatch from tall standing pos.

– 1 squat snatch from hang pos

– 1 squat snatch

Snatch complex 1

Execute the following every 2 mins. (6 rounds)

– 1 Tall standing squat snatch (power pos.)

– 1 Hang squat snatch

– 1 squat snatch

1 round @ 40%

1 round @ 50%

1 round @ 60%

3 rounds @ 75%
