Coach led

– 20/15 cal bike/row

– 10 pvc passthroughs

– 15 pvc BTN thrusters

– 10 push ups

– 04 banded shoulder stretch.

– 10 push press w/barbell

Push Press (5×3 @ 85%)

10 mins to warm up to your 85% push press.

then,

E2MOM:

5×3 @ 85%

*All rounds at 85%

*If you do not have a push press max, then use 100% of your strict press max.

Metcon (Time)

5RFT:

– 12 HSPU

– 12 Burpees

– 12 Box jumps

SPORT: push ups, burpees, 20 in. jump or step ups,

CROSSFIT: 24in/20in. SCALED: push ups or elevated box push ups, step ups.

FIREBREATHER: same as CF
