– 20/15 calorie bike or row

– 12 walking lunges

– 04 couch stretch

– 10 push ups

– 10 wall facing OHS w/pvc

– 10 Snatch balances w/pvc

– 10 Snatch balances w/barbell

Snatch Balance (4×2 @ 80%)

CROSSFIT: 135#/95#. SCALED = 95#/65# or 75#/45#, 2 to 1 singles.
