Snatch Balance 5×3 60%

Front Squat 5×5 60%

Power Snatch 5×3 60%

Bench Press 5×8 40%-70%. AMRAP round 5 with 75%

Air Assault Bike 10 Minute EMOM

Max Effort 10 seconds and rest the remaining 50 seconds
