– 10 pvc BTN thrusters

– 10 push ups

– 05 pull ups/jumping pulls ups

– 10 KB swings (light weight)

– 15 double unders (2 to 1 singles)

Double-Unders (1 x max effort)

– 10 mins to find a set of max reps.

Pull-ups (1 x max effort)

– 10 mins to find a set of max reps.

1-Mile Run (Time)

Max Effort 1-Mile Run
– 15 mins to find your time on the 1 mile run.
