Warm-up (No Measure)

Complete 1 round of:

– 200m run

– 10 pvc passthroughs

– 10 pvc BTN thrusters

– 10 push ups

– 04 banded chest stretch

– 10 bench presses with barbell

Bench Press (1×1)

1×1

20 mins to find a new 1RM.

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds – Interval work

– 200m run

– 15/12 cal bike

– 12 toes to bar

– Rest 60 seconds

Sport: 10 cal, 100m run, 10 sit ups

Crossfit: Scaled = knee raises or sit ups.

Firebreather: same as Crossfit.

*You can go in any order, as long as you complete all reps. You must rest the 60 seconds exactly after the reps in each round.

TIME CAP: 16 min
