Warm-up (No Measure)

Complete 1 round of:

– 200m run

– 10 push ups

– 10 pvc good mornings

– 10 pvc OHS

– 10 pvc squat snatches

– 10 snatch grip DL w/barbell

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5×3 E2MOM)

– 10 mins to build up to your 90% of 1RM snatch. (Deadlift only). then:

– 5 rounds of 3 reps at 90%.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

13 min- AMRAP

– 10 power snatch

– 10 OHS

– 10 burpees OTB

Sport: DB single snatch 15#/20#. Air squats, burpees.

Crossfit: 95#/65#. Scaled = 75#/45#

Firebreather: 135#/95#
