Each athlete will have 2.5 minutes to move through and deadlift 10 bars with increasing weight. (For time)

Women: 115, 135, 155, 175, 195, 215, 235, 255, 275, 295

Men: 185, 215, 245, 275, 305, 335, 365, 395, 425, 455

Deadlift (1×1)

– If you are feeling strong today. Go ahead and go for a PR, once the ladder event is over.

– If you got a PR during the ladder, good for you!

– Log in your weight.
