– 10 banded OHS

– 04 pigeon stretch (10 sec holds)

– 10 push ups

– 50 snatches (95#/65#)

– 50 clean & jerks

– 50 toes to bar

– 50 row calories

scaled = 75#/45#

* Partners use the same bar, unless using different weight.

* Only one working at a time.
