300m row, then

Complete 2 rounds of:

– 20 walking lunges

– 04 couch stretch

– 10 pvc passthroughs

Metcon (Time)

1RFT:

20 burpee buy in, then:

– 40 push press (75#/45#)

* M&F: add 20# to your bar

– 40 Front squats (95#/65#)

* M: add 40#, F: add 30#

– 40 Clean grip dead lifts (135#/95#)

– 400m run

Scaled = 35#/55#/75#

RX+ = 95#/135#/185#

TIME CAP: 20 mins
