Warm-up (No Measure)

Complete 1 round of:

– 200m run

– 04 groiners

– 04 banded shoulder stretch

– 10 jumping pull ups

– 10 push ups

– 10 Deadlifts w/barbell

– 10 back squats w/barbell

– Repeat the 2 barbell movements.

– 30 double unders or 15 attempts

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

25 min – AMRAP

– 50 DU

– 25 Deadlifts

– 20 Back squats (from floor)

– 15 HSPU

– 10 CTB PU

SPORT: jump rope, ring rows, DB cleans, air squats, push ups.

CROSSFIT: 135#/95# bar, 25# plates next to abmat for HSPU is rx. SCALED: 25 reps/attempts, pull ups or banded pull ups, 95#/65# bar, elevated/pike push ups or push ups.

FIREBREATHER: same as crossfit
