Don’t focus too much on percentages here. Technique comes before weight.

Sets and reps are often reversed in weightlifting. for example 3 x 2 = 3 reps for 2 sets

3 Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee) (60%, 65%, 70% x 4 sets )
