– 20 calorie Bike, then

Complete 2 rounds of :

– 10 pvc BTN thrusters

– 10 push ups

– 10 KB deadlifts 70#/53#

Than w/barbell, complete 2 rounds of:

– 10 strict press, rest 10 sec

– 10 thrusters, rest 10 sec.

CFT (Total Weight)

– 10 mins to find a strict press 1RM

– 15 mins to find a back squat 1RM.

– 15 mins to find a dead lift 1RM
