Pause Back Squat – Pause 3 sec at the bottom of your squat – 4×3 @ 70%

Push Press – 4×3 @ 70%

Yates Barbell Row – (google if you are not familiar) 4×8 @ a weight that will challenge you.

Dips – 3xMax

Wide Grip Pull Up – 3xMax

GHD SIt ups – 3×10

Planks from Elbow (add a bumper plate to your back for extra resistance) 3 x 45 sec
