Handstand Push-ups (6×5 (Strict))

E2MOM

6×3-5 (Strict)

– Execute 3 to 5 continuous strict hand stand push ups E2MOM.

– If 5 is too easy for you, use 45# plates for deficit HSPU.

– Progression: 2 Wall walk ups with a 5 second hand stand hold at the top.
