– 200m run

– 06 spider man walks

– 10 push ups

– 10 pvc passthroughs

– 10 pvc stationary lunges

– 10 pvc split jerks

– 06 split jerks w/barbell

Split Jerk (5×2 (E2MOM))

10 mins to build up to your 75% of C&J 1RM, then:

– Execute 2 reps every 2 mins.

– Working on technique. Perfect form only.
