Complete 1 round of:

– 200m run

– 06 spider man walks

– 10 pvc passthroughs

– 10 pvc good mornings

– 15 pvc OHS

– 10 pvc squat snatches

– 10 squat snatches w/barbell

Snatch complex

10 mins to build up to your 75% of snatch 1RM. Then:

5×1 complex. E2MOM

1 snatch pull

1 squat snatch

Metcon (Time)

18 min – AMRAP Chipper

– 30 pull ups

– 30 wall balls

– 30 sit ups

– 30 snatches
