Main Movement:

– Squat

o Air squat, back squat, front squat, OH squat

– Hip Hinge

o Aids in effectively loading the glutes and hamstrings for powerful hip extension

Supplementary Movements:

– Kettle Bell swing

– Push ups

– Sit ups

– Box jumps
