Snatch Deadlift + Shrug (best 3 reps)

stay over the bar as long as possible, sit in power position, pull shoulders back and shrug

Snatch Grip RLD (best 3 reps)

Front Squat (best 2 reps)

Strength Accessory

1. barbell rollouts 5sets of 8 reps

2. crossover symmetry – T, Y, M 3 sets of 15 each

3. crossover symmetry – internal/external rotation 2 sets 20 reps for each
