Tall Clean + Tall Jerk (30% x2x2sets)

working on pulling under the bar in the clean and pushing under in the jerk

Clean and Jerk (40,45,55% x2,65,75,80,85,90,95,100+% x1 )

Front Squat (65%x5, 70%x5, 75%x5x2sets)

Cool Down

1. spend 5 minutes foam rolling (upper back, glutes, hamstrings, calves, IT, quads, biceps, triceps)

2. stretch (glutes, hips, shoulders, hamstrings, ankles)
