Front Squat + Power Jerk (50%x3, 55%x3, 60%x3, 65%x3, drop to 60%x3)

Pendlay Row (best 8 reps)

underhand grip, chest parallel to floor

weighted planks – 6 sets of 60 sec.

holding this a little longer than the last 2 weeks. use the weight you had last week if possible.
