Tall Clean (30%x3x4sets)

Stand tall, pop traps, pull under

Block Clean – at or just below the Knee (70%x2x5sets)

Slow Clean Pull to the Knee (80% x3x4sets)

5 second count as you press away from the floor. shoulders and hips rise same time, stay over the bar, core braced and back tight. find your balance and use your legs

Clean Deadlift (95% x3x3)

Strength Accessory

1. weighted sit ups 5 sets of 10

2. 3 sets of 15 each

– 8″ step downs (done from side – heal taps)

– adductor raises (working the inside of the legs)
