Snatch from the Knee (best 3 reps)

Snatch Deadlift + Shrug (best 5 reps)

stay over the bar as long as possible, sit in power position, pull shoulders back and shrug

Snatch Grip RLD (best 5 reps)

Strength Accessory

1. V ups – 4 sets of 10

2. Pick 1:

a) bent over barbell rows best 5 reps

b) weighted pullups 4 sets of 5 AHAP – add weight to each set keeping good form
