Front Squat + jerk (50%x3, 65%x2, 70%x2,75%x1,80%x1,85%x1,80%x1x2sets)

practice getting lower into the split, use C&J percentage

Jerk Support/Recovery (95%x2, 100%x2, 105%x2, 110%x2)
