see if you can get more this week than last week. warm up sets can be 4 reps.

Back Squat (best 8 reps with good form)

try to get more than last week. warm up sets can be 4 reps. give the same attention to warm ups sets to working sets.

Bench Press (best 8 reps with good form)

work to get more than last week if possible. warm ups sets can be 4 reps

Clean Grip Behind the Neck Press (best 8 reps)

do this after bench to help stretch out the chest and shoulders

Strength Accessory

Abs – your choice of 50 challenging reps done with strict movement (aka – no kip or jerking movement)
