Warm-up (No Measure)

– 05 Minute Steady Row

then,

– 15 BTN thrusters w/barbell

– 05 mins of personal warm up/stretch

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds

– 5 HSPU (strict or kipping)

– 6 back squats (225#/135#)

– 7 wall balls (30#/20#)

Squat snatch (5×3)

Every 2 minutes

Work up to your 65%, then begin the 5×3.

– 3 continuous squat snatches every 2 min.

Bar muscle up (10×3-5)

10 min – EMOM

– 2 to 5 Bar muscle ups (no less than 2)
