400m run, then

Complete 2 rounds of:

– 10 pvc passthroughs

– 10 pvc OHS

– 10 pvc squat position OH press

Then w/ barbell complete 3 rounds of:

– 1 hang power snatch

– 1 squat snatch

– 1 OHS

Snatch complex 1 (E2MOM (6 rounds))

Execute the following every 2 mins. (6 rounds)

– 1 hang power snatch

– 1 squat snatch

– 1 OHS

1 round @ 40%

1 round @ 50%

1 round @ 60%

3 rounds @ 75%
